Bimetal cylinder is to cast a layer of 2-3mm wear-resistant corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant alloy on the inner wall of the cylinder. Its effective service life is greatly improved than that of ordinary nitriding cylinder. For the processing of engineering plastics, fluorine plastics, polysulfone, PPO special type of plastics, the advantage of bimetal is particularly obvious.

The bimetallic screw produced by our company uses special alloy powder to spray weld alloy in the screw edge part of the screw. Different alloys and welding methods can be used for different functions of the screw.
